Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. Announces Exercise of Option to Purchase Additional Shares in Public Offering

NORWOOD, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/17 -- Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRBP) ("Corbus" or the "Company"), a clinical stage drug development company targeting rare, chronic, serious inflammatory and fibrotic diseases, today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of common stock exercised in full their option to purchase 697,500 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price of $7.00 per share, resulting in additional gross proceeds of approximately $4.9 million. After giving effect to the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares, the total number of shares sold by Corbus in the public offering was 5,347,500 shares and gross proceeds were approximately $37.4 million. The sale of the additional shares of common stock closed today.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. JMP Securities LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
